Thumper Trev (31-May-10)

Today’s weather was forecast to be gale force winds, but by afternoon it did not seem forthcoming! The day ended up to be a perfect one for fishing, no wind and the sun was out every now and then. Lots of yellowtail on the bite. Dad put his rod down to get some new bait and one of his rods went off, ironically being the smallest one. After a short fight, he pulled up this beauty of a silver trevally, measuring at around the 40cm mark.
